all tickets must be sold before the wheel of fortune is rolled

the payment must be done before getting prizes



the price of one ticket is 11 pg and i must say relatively cheap since there are many prices worth lot more than that

That's why there is a maximum number of tickets That's a sign that it's quite a nice lottery.
