+3 offensive amu (not sure if i can get fcr also on it.., but plain will work)
-60 resist doom (only resist matters, dmg etc dont matters)
for my 29 necro:
amu +1necro / 10fcr / high life+mana
wand +1necro / 20fcr / +3bonespear
